Products ~ Created by renowned developer Ian Schrager, this new concept in luxury townhouses combines all the benefits of home ownership with the services, privileges, and amenities of a world class five-star hotel.  The building located in lower Manhattan is encased with 8’x12’ and 10’x12’ tilt and turn window units.  Each window is decoratively clad in reflective, bell-shaped glass spandrels enhancing the exterior image.  The quantity of 360 pre-glazed windows amounted to approximately 30,000 square feet.
