~ 15 Union Square West, New York City, NY ~

Products ~ 15 Union Square West is a transformation of Tiffany & Company’s 19th century headquarters into a residential condominium & retail complex overlooking historic Union Square in New York City.  The original sculpted cast-iron façade of arched windows is preserved and enclosed within exterior curtain wall and 228 structurally pre-glazed top-hinged windows.  These windows open outward and require precise construction and placement of actuating and braking motors.  The total area for these windows is approximately 7,620 square feet.
