Protection against Forced Entry
How we protect?
Our own FEBR system is as a result of an intensive Research & Development program specifically in the area of Forced Entry and Bullet Resistant Glazing. We have successfully completed numerous testing programs in the USA, meeting the stringent requirements of the standards detailed below:
- SD-STD-01.01 Ballistics and Forced Entry Resistance
- ASTM E 330 Structural Performance
- ASTM E 283 Air Infiltration
- ASTM E 331 Water Penetration

All BPS1200 series DOS Certified products have been tested for 15 minute forced in accordance with DOS FEBR specification SD.STD-01.01 Revision G. The intent of this specification is to provide protection to buildings susceptible to mob or terrorist attacks.
