MAS-W60
Outswing window system
MAS W60 is an engineered 2 ½” deep window
system which utilises a variety of commoncomponents throughout its range. The primary system offers several levels of security, including low level blast resistance and two
levels of thermal performance. The system may be used independantly or incorporated into our existing MAS F50 curtain walling system for both high and low rise facades.
DESIGN PROFILE
Materials:
Aluminium profiles are extruded from 6063 aluminium alloy, temper T6.
The aluminium profiles are assembled with a polyamide isolator. A range of glass thicknesses can easily be accomodated with the various glazing beads and EPDM gaskets.
Construction:
For efficient and simple construction the profiles have been kept to a minimum and designed around common components. The revolutionary hardware allows rapid assembly, is robust and smooth to operate. Hinges are available as either visible or concealed.
Finishes:
The MAS W60 system is offered in the following range of finishes:
We offer two outswing window systems, with common outer frame / casement available:
- Sash frame for economy hardware which includes 4 bar hinges and 1 side locking mechanism.
- Sash frame for more robust hardware which includes barrel hinges and 3 side locking mechanism.
- As with inswing system the outswing system can be integrated in to curtain wall or punched openings.
