Proven Performance and Versatility
F50 is a high performance pressure equalized curtain wall available in 4 sides and 2 sides captured aluminum stick construction.F50 combines exceptional weather and thermal performance with proven reliability. Since its inception in 1998 the F50 system has been installed on over 100 significant construction projects in both the UK and USA.
The MAS F50 engineered curtain walling system utilises a variety of interchangable standard components for custom applications. It is a mullion drained system and the versitility of the MAS F50 series is demonstrated on both high rise buildings and various low rise facades.
Additional features such as MAS Brise Soleil and MAS Louvre systems can be easily incorporated into the design.
DESIGN PROFILE
Materials:
Aluminium profiles are extruded from 6063 aluminium alloy, temper T6, complying with the recommendations of BS EN 755-9: 2001.
The MAS 50 vertical and horizontal members are designed with 2” sightlines. Various depths of back boxes are offered in order to meet a range of structural and aesthetic. It carries a range of uPVC thermal breaks to suit various glass thickness and an aluminium pressure plate. The range comes with standard face caps, but there is the facility to design a face cap to suit a specific design requirement.

The MAS F50 system is offered in the following range of finishes:
1) Powder coated to BS 6496. (Guarantees can be offered, if requested).
2) Anodized to BS 3987: 1981 or BS 1615.

INSTALLATION
Curtain wall can be:
- Stick built on site
- Shipped to site in pre-assembled ladders with infill transoms
- Additionally, this system can be fully integrated with MAS W60 and MAS W86 window systems, louvre system, solar shading system and D1200 door system
